This role blends data analysis, customer service, relationship management, and operational support.  What You’ll Do Turn data into actionable insights - Design and develop user-friendly reports, dashboards, and tracking tools that help teams understand performance and make informed decisions. - Organize, cleanse, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, opportunities, or risks. - Recommend improvements that drive efficiency and support business goals. Be a trusted partner to branch teams - Provide thoughtful, high‑quality support to branches, helping them understand systems, provide updates and operational processes. - Serve as a subject-matter expert on assigned business areas—understanding not only how things work, but why. Support operational excellence - Maintain and update Support Services intranet pages to ensure branches can quickly find accurate resources. - Process mail, shipping, print, and fulfillment invoices, ensuring costs are allocated correctly and discrepancies are resolved. - Monitor UPS activity, troubleshoot issues, collaborate with partners, provide information to branches and help protect client information. Collaborate and coordinate with vendors - Work with external partners to extract, archive, or validate data. - Act as a liaison to ensure service quality and smooth day-to-day operations. Check out our U.S. awards and accolades: Insights & Information Blog Postings about Edward Jones Check out our Canadian awards and accolades: Insights & Information Blog Postings about Edward Jones Country United States Search Headquarters Positions by Area of Interest Client Services & Operations, TECHNOLOGY Position Requirements - Qualifications Required: Education/Certification - Minimum of a B.S. in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or comparable degree preferred or equivalent work experience.    - Years of Relevant Experience - 1-2 years business experience utilizing report writing software or programming, researching, and implementing business applications, developing, and maintaining web-based reporting, and data query tools preferred.  - Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required, including pivot tables, charting, advanced formulas, conditional formatting and macros. - 2 years' customer service experience preferred.   - Skills/Requirement: - Relentless attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize across multiple initiatives with competing priorities. - Demonstrated analytical thinking and complex problem-solving ability. - Knowledge of internal and external processes, procedures, and systems associated with multiple functions within department. - Unwavering commitment to date governance, protection of sensitive and confidential data. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to problem solve technical equipment, system problems, explain patterns in data and provide mail and shipping guidance. Salary Information Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage.
