Job Title: Remote Talent Sourcer & Recruiting Assistant (100% Work From Home)

Salary: $1,300 USD per month + commission
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CDT (flexible)
Job Overview
At HireLATAM, we connect exceptional Latin American talent with US-based companies, and we take quality seriously. As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Talent Sourcer & Recruiting Assistant who's equal parts detail-oriented and proactive.
This role combines hands-on sourcing, early-stage candidate screening, and pipeline quality control. You'll be the first line of defense in our hiring process, making sure only the right candidates move forward while helping our recruiters stay focused on closing roles.

What You'll Be Doing
Talent Sourcing & Headhunting
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches, and alternative platforms (Indeed, Facebook, etc.)
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles
• Support niche and high-priority searches with creative sourcing strategies
• Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
Pre-screening & Pipeline Quality
• Review and pre-screen candidates to ensure quality and completeness
• Identify and disqualify incomplete applications (following internal guidelines)
• Review candidate audio recordings to assess English proficiency and communication clarity
• Route candidates correctly based on screening outcomes and add notes when needed
• Ensure candidates are handled correctly and not moved prematurely
Profile & Data Accuracy
• Review candidate profiles for basic data issues (names, formatting, missing information)
• Correct first and last name details using the candidate's CV when clearly identifiable
• Keep the ATS clean, organized, and up to date at all times
Collaboration & Support
• Work closely with Senior Recruiters, Recruitment Leads, and Recruiting Operations
• Flag edge cases or unclear profiles instead of guessing
• Support ad-hoc projects, reporting, and process improvements as the team scales
What We're Looking For
• Based in Latin America and able to work fully remote
• Strong English skills (written and spoken)
• Previous hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is a MUST
• Proven experience in headhunting and talent sourcing (agency or fast-paced environment preferred)
• Comfortable reviewing resumes, profiles, and candidate recordings
• Detail-oriented, consistent, and process-driven
• Organized and able to manage repetitive tasks without losing quality
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working in ATS and sourcing tools
• Reliable, accountable, and not afraid to ask questions when unsure
