[Remote] Talent HCM Associate

The HCM Implementation Associate will support the Oracle Fusion HCM program by managing documentation, tracking project tasks, and assisting with user testing and training activities. Responsibilities - Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including cross‑functional check‑ins, stakeholder updates, and milestone reviews - Support calendar management, logistics, and documentation to ensure smooth project execution - Assist with data collection, preparation, and validation activities for system implementation - Support user acceptance testing (UAT), including tracking results, logging issues, and monitoring resolution progress - Coordinate logistics for training sessions, demos, and working sessions - Maintain project intake logs, issue trackers, action items, and stakeholder lists - Assist in drafting training materials, user guides, and process documentation - Participate in feedback sessions and continuous improvement discussions - Collaborate and communicate effectively across departments and project teams - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements - Demonstrate the Company’s Core Competencies and values - Due to exposure to PHI and sensitive data, this position is classified as a High‑Risk Role - Perform other duties as assigned; responsibilities may evolve based on project needs Skills - Must have 1-3 years of professional experience in Talent, operations, or systems support - Demonstrated interest in Talent technology and enterprise systems - Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and organizational skills - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint - Ability to handle confidential and sensitive data with discretion - Experience with HCM implementation is highly preferred! - Experience creating Technical Documentation & SOPs highly preferred - Project Management experience preferred - Timeline & Milestone Management, project scopes, and manage timelines in collaboration with corporate and regional stakeholders - Bachelors preferred Benefits - Medical (PPO & HDHP), dental and vision coverage - Pre-tax Savings Account (FSA & HSA) - Life & Disability Insurance - Paid Parental Leave - 401(k) company match - Employee Stock Purchase Plan - Generous Paid Time Off -- accrued based on years of service - 10 paid company holidays - Tuition reimbursement - Employee Assistance Program - Sick time benefits -- for eligible employees, one hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum accrual of 40 hours per calendar year, unless the laws of the state in which the employee is located provide for more generous sick time benefits Company Overview - Claritev is an independent and public healthcare technology, data and insights company making healthcare more transparent, fair and affordable for all.
