[Remote] Sales Development Representative - SDR

They are looking for a Sales Development Representative to support Account Executives in prospecting new customers and building sales pipelines, while demonstrating the value of their products to financial institutions. Responsibilities - Act as a key member of the Pinwheel Sales Team, supporting Account Executives hunting new business - Partner with Marketing and Revenue Operations to establish and optimize the overall Demand Generation systems and process - Outbound outreach to financial institutions of all sizes, with a focus on the top 100 largest banks - Help prospects understand Pinwheel’s value story and answering questions about how our products work and what benefits they deliver to Pinwheel customers - Work cross-functionally with Marketing on managing campaigns and establishing the correct KPIs - Own a quota for meetings booked and revenue converted Skills - 1-2 years of experience in pipeline development and/or sales (preferably at a SaaS company) - Ability to lead high-level conversations with business stakeholders via email, LinkedIn, text and phone - Mastery in communicating Pinwheel's value proposition in order to drive interest - Ability to assess buying interest and experience qualifying prospects - Ability to thrive in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment - Having a relentless mindset and unwillingness to quit - Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM - Proficiency in using Salesloft or other outbounding tool - Excitement to work in a high-growth environment and to help build processes and tools as needed - Desire to get (more) technical, deepen your understanding of the financial ecosystem, and the ability to learn the ins and outs of Pinwheel's API Benefits - Excellent compensation & equity packages - Full medical, dental, and vision benefits - Life & short-term disability insurance - Flexible PTO policy that prioritizes recharge and balance - Paid parental leave - 401k for retirement planning - Mentorship opportunities - Free Citibike membership - Pet-friendly office Company Overview - Pinwheel is the market-leading payroll data connectivity platform building the income layer that will power a fairer financial system.
