Cyncly is a global technology powerhouse looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to join their high-performing sales team. The role focuses on generating new opportunities in the Kitchen & Bath and Flooring industries through outbound outreach and collaboration with Account Executives.
Responsibilities
- Prospect into targeted accounts in the Kitchen & Bath and Flooring verticals through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Research accounts and identify key decision-makers to build high-quality prospect lists
- Craft personalized outreach messages to generate interest and secure booked and attended demos
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
- Track activities and results in Salesforce, using tools like Salesloft and Gong to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly goals for booked and attended demos
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple outreach sequences at once
- Comfortable with outbound calling and motivated by hitting and exceeding goals
- Self-starter who thrives in a fully remote environment
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the country in which they are applying to work (United States or Canada). This role is not eligible for employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Previous SDR experience is preferred but not required — we value work ethic and drive above all else
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong is a plus
