Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Crossing Hurdles is seeking an Orthopaedic Surgery Specialist for a short-term project. The role involves reviewing and annotating orthopedic consult notes, validating diagnoses, and auditing datasets for clinical accuracy.
Responsibilities
• Review and annotate orthopedic consult notes, imaging reports, operative summaries, and case data
• Validate diagnoses, surgical indications, implant decisions, and rehabilitation plans
• Audit datasets for clinical accuracy and alignment with AAOS guidelines
• Evaluate AI generated summaries and treatment recommendations for safety and appropriateness
• Contribute expertise on complex edge cases including fractures, revision surgery, and polytrauma
Skills
• MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
• Active US medical license
• Five or more years of clinical experience preferred
• Experience with surgical planning, imaging interpretation, and post operative management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
