Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the curriculum
– Teach English language skills including reading, writing, speaking, and listening
– Assess students’ progress and provide feedback on their performance
– Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students
– Provide academic advising and support to students
– Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience
Skills:
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Knowledge of education administration and policies
– Ability to design and implement effective instructional materials
– Familiarity with resources for English language learning
– Proficiency in behavior management techniques
