Ulta Beauty is the largest North American beauty retailer, and they are seeking an LP Intelligence Analyst to join their Asset Protection team. This role involves monitoring and analyzing escalations to ensure effective response and communication with stakeholders, while building strong partnerships across various departments.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end triage and response for enterprise impacting escalations
- Remotely monitor Ulta Beauty assets within an assigned area
- Effectively demonstrate and utilize operational competencies as it relates to the Everbridge platform
- Identify and utilize the correct internal resources for monitoring and responding to escalations
- Provide the appropriate level of insight and risk analysis to stakeholders through a mix of outbound phone, email contact channels and internal tracking mechanisms
- Support Severity Level investigations and communicate findings to respective stakeholders
- Ownership of communication and documentation for applicable post care incident workflows
- Partner and provide support to the EPICenter Operations Manager on elevated or complex issues
- Document incidents and investigations as assigned
- Meet assigned quality metrics and service level goals
