Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat
– Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
– Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
– 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
– Driven and confident personality traits
– Strong people management and creativity skills
– Excellent written communication skills
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools
