[Remote] Licensed Sales Agent

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Elite Insurance Group (EIG) is a nationally distributed digital insurance brokerage focusing solely on personal lines insurance. They are seeking a licensed Insurance Sales Representative to help drive the growth of their Independent brokerage division by connecting with clients and promoting a wide range of insurance products. Responsibilities - Connecting with customers via calling, email, and text; actively engaging with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and present suitable solutions - Effectively communicating the unique features and benefits of various insurance carrier’s products to potential customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have - Working primarily with leads provided by the company to maximize your sales potential and conversion rate - Consistently following up with your prospects utilizing phone, text, and email to stay in contact and drive toward the sale - Meeting and exceeding sales targets on a regular basis by employing persuasive sales techniques and actively seeking new business opportunities - Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including underwriters and customer service representatives, to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system - Building custom policies for each customer using internal tools and systems - Educating customers on the finer points of home insurance to ensure their best understanding - Staying updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively position the Agency division Skills - 1+ years of insurance sales experience within a fast-paced brokerage setting - Experience selling with multiple carriers and in multiple states (home, auto, umbrella, jewelry) - An active Property & Casualty license - Outstanding understanding of insurance products and process - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with diverse audiences - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a natural ability to close deals - Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets - Proficiency in using CRM software and other tools/software - Bilingual ability (Spanish preferred) - Experience with Citizens Property Insurance - Call/Contact Center experience (Brokerage experience preferred) Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and Disability Insurance options - Employee Assistance Program - Accident insurance - Hospital indemnity - Critical illness - Legal assistance - Pet insurance - Competitive salary and company equity through Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) - 401K with company match of up to 4% of eligible earnings - PTO and Holidays - 11 days of accrued PTO and 7 days paid sick leave per year, plus 8 paid company holidays - A paid parental leave program that provides 100% salary continuation of up to 14 weeks for birthing parents and 8 weeks for non birthing parents - Continuing education and professional development opportunities - This role is eligible to earn additional compensation through participation in our Sales Incentive Program.
