They are seeking an organized marketing professional to manage their CRM, enhance brand presence, and support firm operations through various marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain our CRM (MadeMarket): contacts, segmentation, data accuracy
- Create and schedule LinkedIn content that builds Ravinia’s brand
- Design marketing materials in Canva: presentations, firm overviews, outreach templates
- Coordinate email outreach campaigns and track engagement
- Support event planning and conference logistics
- Conduct competitor research and market benchmarking
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
- Help build scalable marketing processes for a growing firm
Skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable: you keep things running
- Strong writer with a feel for professional tone and brand voice
- Experience with CRM systems, LinkedIn, Canva, and Microsoft Office
- Comfortable with AI tools (Claude experience? Big plus)
- Interest in financial services marketing and event coordination
- Self-starter who takes ownership and doesn't need constant direction
- Graduate-level in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- Chicago area preferred, but remote considered for the right candidate
