They are seeking a highly motivated E-Commerce Account Representative to support and grow their ecommerce business across key online retailers in the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) industry, driving revenue growth and optimizing product listings.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of ecommerce retail partners with the goal of driving revenue growth across online channels
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through account expansion, product placement, and promotional opportunities
- Identify opportunities to increase sales through assortment expansion, promotional activity, and improved digital merchandising
- Proactively pitch new products, bundles, and marketing opportunities to ecommerce retail partners
- Monitor daily and weekly ecommerce sales performance and adjust account strategies to meet revenue goals
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with ecommerce retail partners
- Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day account needs including product listings, promotions, pricing, and inventory coordination
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts by adding new SKUs, launching new products, or securing additional merchandising placements
- Support onboarding of new ecommerce retail partners
- Ensure product listings are optimized with accurate content, images, and descriptions to drive conversion
- Monitor online pricing, competitive activity, and product positioning across ecommerce platforms
- Support execution of promotional campaigns, seasonal sales events, and digital merchandising initiatives
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and supply chain to ensure strong ecommerce execution
- Track account performance against monthly sales targets and growth objectives
- Provide regular reporting on ecommerce revenue, product performance, and growth opportunities
- Analyze marketplace and retailer performance to identify areas to improve conversion, traffic, and revenue
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, inside sales, ecommerce, or account management
- Strong interest in ecommerce and online retail sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while prioritizing revenue‑generating opportunities
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting tools
