[Remote] Clinical Activation Manager

As the Clinical Activation Manager, you will lead a team to support the activation and adoption of the platform with clinical end users, ensuring a best-in-class onboarding experience and capturing user feedback to shape product strategy. Responsibilities - Lead and mentor a team of 6 - 7 Facility Growth Operations Associates - Handle onboarding, training, performance management, and career development to ensure high employee engagement and retention - Recruit and onboard new team members to scale the function as the company grows - Develop, test, and implement playbooks for activating facility users across various care settings - Use HubSpot, Tableau, and Excel to track success, iterate on strategy, and build reporting systems for execution activity - Partner with Marketing to develop value-driven materials and refine internal workflows to drive revenue and efficiency - Spend 20% of your day on outbound calls to clinical partners to drive platform adoption and usage - Lead "roll-up-your-sleeves" demos and training sessions tailored to the specific needs of each facility - Synthesize user feedback to highlight product pros/cons and flag insights for the Product team Skills - 1–2+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or Operations, with prior experience in People Management - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience - Professional experience with SaaS products and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) - Experience with GSuite, Excel, and Tableau, is a major plus - A proactive, 'hungry' startup mindset with the ability to pivot quickly - Exceptional active listening skills and the ability to translate complex strategy into prioritized, tactical actions Benefits - Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage: Comprehensive plans with options for low-to-no-cost premiums. - Employer HSA Contribution: Company-funded contributions to your Health Savings Account. - 401(k) Retirement Plan - Equity Incentive Plan - Annual Company-Wide Bonus: Opportunity for up to 15% bonus based on company performance. - Remote-First Culture: We are remote-first with a dedicated NYC office and reimbursement options for co-working spaces. - Flexible Vacation Policy - Summer Fridays: 5 additional Fridays off during the summer (separate from PTO). - Home Office and Wellness Stipend - Monthly Internet Stipend - Annual Learning and Development Stipend Company Overview - Parachute Health is the 'industry-standard' DME ePrescribing platform with a network of 220k clinicians and 3k supplier locations It was founded in 2015, and is headquartered in Manhattan, New York, USA, with a workforce of 201-500 employees.
