Turning the Corner HR partners with growing businesses to improve performance through fractional HR, recruiting, leadership development, and people strategy. They are seeking a proven hunter with experience selling HR services and a consultative sales approach to own the full sales cycle and build relationships with business owners and executive leaders.
Responsibilities
• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, within the South Denver territory
• Identify new prospects by cold outreach, networking, referrals, and brand-building efforts
• Leverage key best practices to successfully sell new business opportunities. Territory includes South Denver to North Castle Rock
• Engage and sell to business owners, CEOs, and executive leaders
• Partner with the team to set strategy for growing our client base
• Build and manage a disciplined pipeline using CRM and sales tools
• Participate in our weekly staff meetings. We talk about work, but we also laugh, catch each other up on client successes, and share life. Our team feels more like a community than in most work environments
Skills
• 5+ years of success selling HR services, fractional HR, PEO, recruiting, or professional services
• Proven hunter who enjoys the challenge and thrill of prospecting and closing new business
• Success in selling to the C-Suite
• Solution-based selling experience with a consultative approach
• Has no fear of cold calling on businesses
• Metrics-driven and disciplined in managing pipeline, activity, and close rates
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, Apollo, or similar sales tools
• Outgoing, socially confident, personable and a team player
• Desire to change the way businesses think about work
