Responsibilities:

? Manage the end-to-end recruiting process to meet staffing needs at various organizational levels.
? Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR.
? Track and analyze recruitment metrics to forecast and optimize staffing activity.
? Provide ongoing communication with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Skills/Qualifications:
? 5+ years of staffing/recruitment experience across all organizational levels.
? Proficiency in recruitment lifecycle processes and sourcing techniques.
? Strong vendor management skills, including working with search firms and job boards.
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with team-based project experience.
? Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and expertise in data mining and internet research.
? Experience with general HR functions
