They are seeking a Recruiter to manage the full-cycle hiring process across various positions, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience while driving hiring strategies and maintaining candidate pipelines. Responsibilities - Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating stages (working interviews), skills assessments, and extending offers - Maintain accurate candidate records and HRIS updates throughout the hiring process, including applicant tracking, stage hours, and employee profiles - Recruit across FOH, BOH/Culinary, and Support roles while ensuring alignment with The Alinea Group standards and values - Source talent through job boards, social media, referrals, industry networks, and other proactive sourcing methods - Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current hiring needs and future growth - Partner with culinary schools, universities, and external organizations to support ongoing pipeline development - Represent The Alinea Group at recruiting events and job fairs (minimum of 2 per quarter), with a focus on candidate conversion - Support onboarding coordination, new hire communication, and general HR administrative tasks as needed - Run and distribute weekly recruiting updates and pipeline reports to leadership - Ensure compliance with hiring processes including I-9/E-Verify and internal documentation - Maintain and update internal hiring trackers, open roles, and stage checklists - Collaborate closely with HR leadership and hiring managers to align on staffing needs and priorities - Participate in weekly HR/recruiting meetings and ongoing process improvements - Travel as needed for recruiting events - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with extended hours as needed (approx. 50 hours/week) - Perform additional duties as assigned Skills - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, hospitality, customer service, or a related field (internships or campus recruiting experience a plus) - Strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, and hospitality - Ability to learn quickly and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume environment - Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and time management - Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing competing deadlines - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships - Positive, proactive, and “can-do” attitude with a willingness to take on both administrative and people-facing work - Demonstrated ability to be resourceful, take initiative, and work independently with guidance - Interest in sourcing talent and learning how to identify strong cultural and performance fit - Collaborative team player who thrives in a high-performance environment and is eager to develop professionally - Exposure to recruiting processes (sourcing, scheduling, or candidate coordination) Benefits - Medical, vision, dental and life benefits available on the 1st of the month following full-time employment paid by the company 100% - Paid time off - Sick time off - 401(K) with a company match up to 4% of deferred earnings - CTA/Ventra discount available after 1 month of full-time employment - Employee Dining Discount, 20% to any Alinea Group restaurant - Referral Bonus Program Available Company Overview - The Alinea Group offers a wide range of Event and Catering services with one thing in common the event must be uncommon.
