About the Role
We're looking for a highly motivated, personable Cold Calling Specialist to join our real estate wholesaling team full-time. In this role, you'll be the first voice our potential sellers hear — and your job is to make them feel heard, comfortable, and taken care of.
You will be working with leads already loaded into our platform. We will provide you with a script outline, property comps, and a suggested offer price directly on your screen for every call you make — so you're never going in blind. Your job is to connect with sellers, build rapport, and help move motivated homeowners toward a solution that works for them.
This is a meaningful role. Many of the homeowners you'll speak with are going through difficult situations — and how you show up on that call can make a real difference in their lives.
What You'll Do
Make 400–600 outbound calls per week using our built-in power dialing system
Work exclusively from leads provided through our platform — no prospecting required
Follow the script outline provided while adapting naturally to each conversation
Reference live property comps and target offer prices displayed on your screen during each call
Complete a short 3-question quality survey after every call to help the team continuously improve
Work toward getting motivated sellers to agree to a contract (every successful contract = a $100 bonus for you)
Note: All calls are recorded for quality assurance and coaching purposes
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves:
Fluent, clear, natural English speaker — accent is fine, clarity and confidence are what matter
Knowledge of real estate wholesaling — you understand ARV, comps, motivated sellers, and the basics of getting a property under contract
Comfortable working New York business hours (EST/EDT), Monday–Friday
Strong work ethic — this is a high-volume role and consistency is everything
You must include a voice sample with your application — a short video introduction, Loom recording, or mp3 audio clip. Applications without a voice sample will not be considered.

Is self-motivated and disciplined — you show up, hit your call targets, and take pride in your work
What We Provide
All leads — no cold list building or prospecting on your end
A script outline to guide every call
Live property comps and target offer prices displayed during each call
A power dialing system built directly into our platform — maximizing your call volume and efficiency
Recorded calls for your own review and coaching
Performance-based raise opportunities as you grow with the team
Compensation
Base pay: $200/week (paid weekly)
Bonus: $100 for every property successfully put under contract
Raises: Available based on performance metrics and tenure
High performers who consistently close contracts can meaningfully increase their weekly earnings through bonuses alone
