Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (Part-Time): Description: What to expect: - We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to join our team. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients. Key Responsibilities - Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in-home and community based settings - Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA. - Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors. - Assist in the development of behavior intervention strategies. - Participate in team meetings and training sessions. - Maintain a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families. - Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Qualifications: What you will bring: - High school diploma or equivalent (required); - Current RBT certification through the BACB(preferred) - Reliable transportation - Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred). - Flexibility, empathy, patience, and a solution-oriented, client-centered approach - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, timeliness, and effective time management skills Benefits: - Competitive pay commensurate with experience. - Supportive and collaborative work environment. - Career advancement opportunities within the company - Flexible schedule - Bonus structure - Accrued PTO
