Job Description: • Lead client-facing discovery and process mapping sessions to document current-state and future-state workflows. • Translate business and process requirements into functional specifications and implement them directly in Microsoft 365 (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Power Pages). • Design, build, and configure Canvas and/or Model-Driven Power Apps to support use cases such as request intake, approvals, case management, and project tracking. • Develop and maintain Power Automate flows to automate approvals, notifications, data synchronization, and cross-system workflows. • Configure SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, permissions, and views to support business teams and provide structured document/process management. • Configure Dataverse (or lists) for data models, relationships, and security aligned to business requirements. • Plan and execute internal testing, then coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with client stakeholders; capture feedback and refine solutions. • Coordinate rollout plans and support enterprise deployment, including communications, training, and cutover activities. • Create clear documentation for processes, configurations, and user guides to support ongoing operations and adoption. • Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and iterative enhancements based on user feedback. Requirements: • 4+ years of hands-on experience delivering solutions with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate). • Proven experience leading client-facing workshops for requirements gathering and business process mapping. • Demonstrated ability to build and configure Power Apps and Power Automate flows based on documented requirements (not just specifying for others to build). • Strong understanding of data modeling and security within M365/Dataverse (roles, permissions, environments). • Experience planning and coordinating UAT and production rollouts for business-critical solutions. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with business and IT stakeholders and produce clear documentation. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. • 3–5 years of relevant experience. • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance required due to federal contract requirements.
