Responsibilities:
? Show customers that they are valued by offering a cordial greeting as they arrive and a gracious farewell as they depart.
? Handle customer payments utilizing cash registers.
? As a cashier, it is your responsibility to scan the items, double-check the cost, receive the payment, and provide the buyer with change if necessary.
? Procure proof of payment, returns, reservations, and cash balance alterations.
? Guide customers through the complaint resolution process, provide them with relevant information, and ensure that their grievances are effectively resolved.
? A tidy checkout area helps to streamline the checkout process and reduce waiting times for customers.
? Monitor financial transactions on balance sheets meticulously and report any discrepancies.
Qualifications:
? Proven experience as a Retail Cashier or in a related customer service field.
? Basic PC knowledge.
? Adept at operating electronic equipment, such as cash registers and point of sale terminals.
? Good math skills.
? The combination of effective communication and proper time management is a recipe for success.
? Customer satisfactionoriented.
