Title: Pharmacy Call Center Representative

Duration: 6 months Temp to Hire

Location: Remote (must live within 100 miles of the pharmacy at ?5101 Jeff Commerce Drive Louisville KY? for office visits if needed)

Potential Start Date: 8/19/2024

Key Requirements:
? Pharmacy and call center experience required.
? At least 3 years of strong customer service experience.
? Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.
? Must be able to work independently and be open to cross-training.
? Good attendance is essential.

Responsibilities:
? Interface with customers and company representatives to handle pre-sales or post-sales service functions.
? Track status of equipment returns repairs, replacements, sales orders, and delivery schedules.
? Schedule field service repair calls and manage requests for additional company materials.
? Maintain records of returns, schedule changes, product updates, and resolve return credit issues.
? Follow routine assignments with detailed instructions.
? Enter accurate information and handle data entry for multiple programs.
? Occasionally manage inbound/outbound calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers.
? Provide exceptional customer service and adhere to Cover My Meds policies.
? Work a flexible schedule as needed.
