? *Job Summary:** We are seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to help others and ensure the well-being of clients.
? *Responsibilities:** – Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing – Help with mobility and physical therapy exercises – Prepare meals and assist with feeding as necessary – Provide companionship and emotional support to clients – Perform light housekeeping tasks – Monitor and report changes in client’s health status – Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of care provided
? *Requirements:** – Previous experience in a healthcare setting,(preferred). Specifically, in areas such as geriatrics, outpatient clinics, or home care/home health – Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with clients and healthcare professionals – Compassionate attitude and a genuine desire to help others
