Responsibilities:
– Managing and organizing the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meetings
– Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executive
– Conducting research, preparing reports, and presentations as needed
– Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations
– Assisting with personal tasks and errands as required
– Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements:
– Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
– Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
