Job Description:
• Be the CEO’s trusted gatekeeper and right hand
• Support CPO and CSO with calendars, travel, meetings, and coordination
• Assist our CFO by organizing internal documentation, keeping contracts tidy, and tools up to date
• Own our internal knowledge hub —be the go-to for “where’s that doc?”
• Manage logistics: licenses, tools, onboarding, subscriptions
• Coordinate travel, appointments, team meetings, deliveries (and the occasional personal task)
• Take clear notes, send follow-ups, help keep the team in sync
• Act as our office culture guardian, even in a remote-first world
• Help manage small projects with grace and agility
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a PA or EA supporting C-level leadership
• Fluent in English (Portuguese or Spanish = a strong bonus)
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and always 10 steps ahead
• Confident juggling schedules, sensitive information, and shifting priorities
• Experience with internal tools, documentation, or operational systems
• Tech-savvy: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Notion, and beyond
• Thrives in a remote-first, fast-paced, globally-minded environment
