Role Summary
We're looking for a Performance Media Buyer & Creative Strategist who is both data-obsessed and story-driven. You will manage paid ads across Meta and lead the creation and testing of high-performing paid ad creatives. You’ll work alongside a remote team of video editors and UGC creators, powered by AI tools like ChatGPT, Atria, AI Ad Creatives to scale testing velocity and performance
Key Responsibilities:
1. Media Buying & Paid Ads Campaign Management
- Launch and manage all paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across TOF, MOF, and BOF
- Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, targeting, and placements daily
- Run A/B tests on ad copies, angles, campaign & bidding strategies (ASC+, CBO, ABO,..) , audience segments, placements, ..
- Optimize for ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
2. Ad Creative Strategy & Scripting
- Research industry trends, audience behavior, and competitors’ best-performing ad creatives to refine SimplyGood’s approach
- Create hooks, ad angles, creative briefs & video scripts that convert cold traffic into customers
- Write briefs for UGC creators and video editors with clear structure, emotional triggers, and CTA.
- Analyze creative performance and rapidly A/B test & iterate based on hold rates, CTR, and ROAS.
- Maintain 10+ creative tests/week across channels and funnel stages (Static & Reels)
- Develop high converting static ads (60% Reels & 40% Static)
- Use tools like ChatGPT to ideate, iterate, and optimize creative angles
3. Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze performance metrics: ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, CVR, Frequency
- Identify winning creatives and angles, and scale them aggressively
- Deliver weekly performance insights, creative learnings, and next tests
- Maintain ad naming conventions, data hygiene, and dashboards
- Spot winning patterns and double down on high-leverage assets and audiences.
- Recommend scaling decisions, budget reallocations, and creative refresh strategies.
Requirements
- 4- 5 years running Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) for DTC/ eCommerce brands
- Strong experience with Ad creative strategy & testing frameworks
- Proven ability to hit ROAS/CAC targets with performance-led creatives
- Strong understanding of ad psychology, funnel strategies, and storytelling
- Comfortable writing hooks, headlines, and ad scripts for TOF/MOF/BOF
- Fluent in English and confident writing performance-driven copy
- Experience working with UGC creators, video editors, or influencer content
- Familiar with ChatGPT, Jasper, or AI tools for ideation and scripting
