Responsibilities • Provide support for retail sales and payment transactions in Verizon's stores. , • Daily balancing of payments tendered and communication with store employees to resolve discrepancies. , • Conduct subledger reconciliation of point-of-sale transactions to billing systems and bank accounts. , • Perform bank account reconciliation for payment deposits across Verizon. , • Handle payment investigations and refund requests from customers using various workflow tools. , • Research payments for posting to consumer and business accounts. Requirements • Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Economics, Business IT, Statistics, Math, or a related major with an expected completion date between December 2024 and June 2025. , • Current enrollment in a Master's degree program in Accounting or Business with an expected completion date between December 2024 and June 2025. , • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship. , • Willingness to work in Lake Mary, FL.
