Chronos is a remote veterinary service in the United States. We are seeking part-time remote veterinary receptionists to join our team! Your hours will be variable and you could be required to work in all US time zones.
Position Description:
• This is a remote position, you will not be working at a practice.
• Flexibility is a must to fulfill this role.
• Part-time hours will be required from you in this position
• You’ll be required to work in all US time zones.
• Performing scheduling tasks
• Entering charges for the patient
• Sending admission paperwork to clients
• Sending the medical record to referring veterinarians after they are complete
• Handling phone calls, emails, texting, and all other forms of communication with pet owners.
• Calling clients to provide updates on patients or schedule discharge times
• Responding to client questions & messages
• Educating and selling pet owners' on services of care
• Attend weekly meetings
Requirements to fulfill this role are:
• A minimum of 3 years working in a veterinary practice.
