Part-Time Customer Service and IT Support Representative (Remote, Evenings & Weekends)

Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Level 1 IT Support Representative. This part-time, remote position is perfect for someone who excels at assisting customers with account questions, billing inquiries, and basic technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
? Provide exceptional customer service via phone.
? Address and resolve customer account and billing inquiries.
? Assist customers with Level 1 IT support, including troubleshooting internet connectivity and account access.
? Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
? Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.

Schedule:
? Weekdays: 5 PM ? 10 PM (Monday to Friday).
? Weekends: 10 AM ? 8 PM (Saturday and/or Sunday).

Qualifications:
? Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
? Basic technical knowledge, including familiarity with internet and network troubleshooting.
? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
? Reliable high-speed internet connection and a working computer at home.
? A quiet, dedicated home workspace free of distractions.
? Previous experience in customer service or IT support is a plus but not required.
