We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to assist students in Specialized Programs, including academic support, behavioral monitoring, and functional life skills. Key Responsibilities: Provide specialized individualized instruction and support to students in Specialized Programs Assist students with daily routines, including personal health and hygiene functions Implement specialized therapy programs and work directly with therapists on physical progress and Individualized Education Plans (IEP) Support behavior plan implementation and utilize CPI (Non Violent Crisis Intervention) techniques and safety monitoring Facilitate and encourage speech and language development through the use of alternate communication systems Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Willingness to work with students with significant needs (training opportunities provided) Criminal background check required for hire Ability to successfully complete a pre-hire, post-offer physical examination CPR and First Aid certifications preferred What We Offer: Competitive salary ($19.85 - 24.48 per hour) Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Opportunities for professional growth and development A supportive and inclusive work environment How to Apply: To apply, please submit your application, including your resume and a cover letter, through our online portal.
