Areas of Responsibility
- Process all types of incoming orders from our ticketing system
- This includes standard new orders, Needs Address Orders, NAVSUP & FMS (Orders going to a foreign military unit)
- Process cancellations and order modifications
- Communicate with vendors through phone or email for order status or any issues related to orders
- Collaborate with our internal departments for unfulfillable orders or orders that need further information to proceed
Requirements
- We are a U.S. based company, so you must be able to collaborate during Pacific Standard business hours 6:00am - 3:00pm Pacific Standard Time with a possibility of a weekend schedule
- You must be fluent in English (both verbal and written)
- You must have at least 3 years of Customer Service or E-commerce experience within the last 5 years
- You must have consistent minimum internet speeds of 25Mbps and a modern computer that meets the below specs:
- 8GB of Memory or higher
- Minimum 128GB Hard Disk Drive or Solid State Storage
- Genuine 64 bit Windows or MacOS
- Operating systems must remain at the latest available version with the most current security patches.
- Ability to support a dual monitor setup
