Online Classroom Producer (Remote | Part-Time – Approx. 30 Hours/Week)
Management Concepts is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Online Classroom Producer to join our virtual training team. This remote, part-time role (approximately 30 hours per week) plays a critical role in delivering high-quality, engaging, and seamless online learning experiences.
The Online Classroom Producer serves as the technical lead for virtual training events, managing all behind-the-scenes logistics before, during, and after each session. By handling the technical and production elements, the Producer enables instructors to focus on what they do best—guiding participants through course content and achieving learning objectives.
This role is essential to transforming virtual training into smooth, interactive, and professional experiences that keep learners engaged and instructors on track. The Online Classroom Producer is a key differentiator between a highly successful live event and one that feels disorganized or disruptive.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage all technical aspects of live virtual training sessions
• Provide real-time support to instructors and participants during events
• Prepare and test virtual classrooms prior to sessions
• Monitor chat, polls, breakout rooms, and other interactive tools
• Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and professionally
• Support post-session wrap-up activities as needed

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor's degree preferred.
· Customer service or help desk experience is a plus.
· Experience in supporting virtual training in Adobe Connect, Zoom and Teams preferred.
· Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (Canvas and Cornerstone on Demand) is a plus.
