Responsibilities…
– Engage with customers through online chat to provide support and answer any inquiries or issues they may have
– Utilize decision-making skills to quickly and effectively resolve customer concerns
– Use persuasion techniques to upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
– Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:
