This role will primarily focus on administrative support and accounting tasks using QuickBooks Online.
Key Responsibilities:
? Perform general office tasks, including data entry, email correspondence, and scheduling.
? Manage accounts payable and receivable in QuickBooks Online.
? Reconcile accounts, prepare invoices, and handle financial transactions.
? Maintain organized digital records and ensure accurate documentation.
? Provide administrative support to team members as needed.
? Assist in preparing reports and financial summaries.
? Communicate with vendors and clients to address inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications:
? Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
? Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required.
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
? Basic understanding of accounting principles.
? Comfortable with remote work tools such as Zoom, Slack, or similar platforms.
Preferred Skills:
? Previous experience in a remote work setting.
? Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
? Ability to adapt to new tools and software quickly.
