Nursing Supervisor Job Description
Regeis Care Center is actively seeking a Registered Nurses (RN) Supervisor to join our dynamic team of professionals! Duties and Responsibilities for a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor include but are not limited to the following:
– Provide leadership and guidance to the Nursing staff
– Oversee patient care activities and ensure adherence to established standards of care
– Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
– Conduct regular performance evaluations of nursing staff and provide feedback for improvement
– Manage staffing levels and schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient workflow
– Coordinate and facilitate staff training and development programs
– Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives as needed
– Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to discuss patient care plans and make recommendations for improvement
– Ensure accurate documentation of patient information in electronic health records
– Reporting to the Director of Nursing to ensure quality patient care within the facility.
Requirements:
– Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
– Proven experience as a Nurse Manager or similar leadership role
– Knowledge of SigmaCare/MatrixCare a plus.
– Strong knowledge of sterile processing, anatomy, patient care, discharge planning, ICD-10 coding, IV infusion, and workers compensation law
– Excellent clinical skills with the ability to assess, diagnose, and treat patients effectively
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to lead and motivate a team of nurses
– Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55.00 – $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 36.25 per week
