As a Pouching Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our products. Key Responsibilities: Review orders to ensure accurate production and verify sealers are on and in the closed position Maintain rolls of strip and verify correct placement, and complete accurate recording of beginning count and other pertinent information Verify order accuracy and work with Set-Up associates to make adjustments as needed Make minor adjustments to minimize downtime and perform frequent inspections of bags to ensure correctness Complete End-of-Order procedure and keep work area clean and organized What We Offer: Competitive salary: $18.17/hr + $2/hr shift differential Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off Opportunities for career growth and development in a global company A safe and supportive work environment with a team-oriented culture Requirements: Ability to read, write, and measure to within 1/16” and 1 mm Regular use of hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls Ability to stand, talk, and hear for long periods, with frequent sitting and occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 25 pounds occasionally Work Schedule: This position is currently working 12-hour night shifts (7pm-7am, M-Th), with a potential change to a 2-2-3 schedule (2 on, 2 off, 3 on) in the near future. Candidates must be willing to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
