Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement solutions in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE
• Customize CRM entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and business rules
• Develop plugins, custom workflow activities, and web resources
• Integrate Dynamics CRM with external systems (ERP, APIs, third-party tools)
• Perform data migration, transformation, and system integrations
• Develop and maintain reports using Power BI, SSRS, and FetchXML
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance
• Manage security roles, permissions, and data integrity
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
• Maintain technical documentation and support deployments and updates
