**Your Responsibilities**
As a Medical Billing Customer Experience Team Lead, you will be responsible for:
* Leading a team of medical billing specialists to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive business growth
* Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues related to medical billing and customer experience
* Providing exceptional customer service to patients and insurance representatives
* Analyzing data and reporting on key performance indicators to inform business decisions
* Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
* Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance companies and patients
* Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in medical billing and customer experience
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 4 years of experience in denial management/AR Collection, Pre-Reg, Auth for US Healthcare process
* Experience with EPIC software
* Knowledge of Denial Management, Pre-Reg, Auth and PFCC
* Understanding of common healthcare industry terminology, practices and procedures regarding billing and reimbursement
* Knowledge of how Government/Commercial payers reimburse
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to use a Windows-based computer system and common business software found in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
* Ability to work independently to effectively and efficiently perform assigned duties
* Ability to maintain a high level of ethics, and a courteous and professional demeanor
* Ability to multi-task, establish and meet deadlines
* Typing/data entry at a minimum of 40 wpm
