Tasks Maintain and optimize product listings: Regularly update product descriptions, images, keywords, and enhanced content across platforms in alignment with the manager’s directions. Monitor and respond to customer reviews: Actively manage customer feedback, provide thoughtful responses, and support efforts to maintain high product ratings and customer satisfaction. Handle product returns and analyze return reasons: Track and categorize return cases, generate insights and reports, and propose actionable recommendations to improve product quality or customer experience. Manage inventory and FBA shipments: Coordinate shipments to Amazon FBA warehouses, monitor inventory levels, and proactively notify the manager of restocking needs. Support pricing strategies: Adjust product prices and perform competitor pricing analysis as requested by the manager to maintain market competitiveness. Prepare analytical reports: Gather and analyze data to evaluate assortment strategy and pricing effectiveness, and deliver clear, structured reports to inform decision-making. Resolve customer support inquiries: Provide timely assistance to customers regarding orders, reviews, returns, and shipping-related issues on e-commerce platforms. Oversee order fulfillment via 3PL warehouse: Ensure accurate and timely shipment of orders, maintain smooth communication with warehouse staff, and troubleshoot any logistical delays. Track expenses and generate reports: Monitor advertising and operational costs, compiling detailed reports for internal tracking and submission to the manager. Requirements Experience with Amazon and eBay marketplaces is a strong advantage. High proficiency in Excel (data analysis, conditional formatting, pivot tables) and strong analytical skills. Experience inventory management (inventory analysis, restocking, pricing) is an advantage. Fluent English.
