Manager, Talent Acquisition – Business Units

Job Description: • Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned business units and high-volume roles • Partner with BU leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring timelines • Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate communications • Ensure hiring practices comply with all applicable employment laws • Maintain consistent, high-quality candidate experience across BUs • Support execution of approved headcount plans • Coordinate offer creation and handoff to onboarding • Track recruiting metrics and hiring progress • Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to hiring flow • Collaborate with central Talent and People Ops teams on systems and data • Support improvements to recruiting tools and workflows • Maintain accurate documentation and hiring records • Participate in process improvement and SOP development • Support workforce scaling without compromising quality • Additional duties as assigned Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Experience supporting high-volume or operational hiring • Strong stakeholder partnership skills • Knowledge of compliant hiring practices Benefits: • medical, dental, and vision coverage with strong employer contribution • FSA and HSA options (with potential employer contributions) • a 401(k) with company match • generous paid time off • paid parental leave • mental health and family-planning support • access to professional development resources
