Manager, Evidence Generation Data Management

Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned professional to manage the end-to-end delivery of data management services for assigned studies. The successful candidate will collaborate with CROs and other vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables, on time and within budget. The role will also involve partnering with internal and external stakeholders to optimize data management technology, processes, and standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage study activities related to data management, including study setup, conduct, and close-out. Ensure timely, accurate, and budget-friendly completion of data management deliverables. Lead the data review process in collaboration with the study team to ensure data quality. Contribute to documents submitted to regulatory or pricing authorities and ensure compliance with international regulations. Oversee vendor delivery to ensure compliance with protocol, external/internal standards, and regulatory guidelines. Participate in global evidence generation initiatives to improve process harmonization and efficiency. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Sciences (preferred). 4+ years of experience in clinical research, pharmaceutical, CRO, or medical device setting, with experience in oncology therapeutic area and/or late-phase projects. Working knowledge of electronic data capture/related applications and industry standards. Moderate technical skills in working with data received from CROs and other third-party vendors.
