We’re looking for a proven Make.com (formerly Integromat) + Monday.com specialist to complete the build of a time-released, multi-step email automation system for our Exit Planning consultancy. This is not a basic automation setup. It requires precise scenario design, logic control, and integration with manual human review points — all while maintaining strict compliance with our franchise’s FDD regulations. ⸻ Project Scope: You will complete the build of an automation that: • Triggers when a contact’s Calculator Drip status (in Monday.com) is set to "Active" • Fetches the contact’s current Cal Drip Step (1–7) • Looks up the correct subject/body from a centralized Make.com Data Store • Emails the content to a human VA (pre-filled: To/Subject/Body) • Pauses for manual human review (VA sends email manually, no direct client sends) • Waits based on step number (e.g. 3 days between Step 1 and Step 2, 7 days between others) • Updates the Cal Drip Step in Monday after each email • Closes the sequence by updating the Calculator Drip column to Done after Step 7 ⸻ Tech Stack: • Make.com (complex logic handling, scenario routing, Data Stores, delay modules) • Monday.com (status columns, board automation, item lookup by pulse ID) • Microsoft 365 email (manual send) — no email automation allowed • Data Store must support future reuse and expansion (e.g., Seller Readiness, Discovery Drip) ⸻ What You’ll Need: • Deep working knowledge of both Make.com and Monday.com • Demonstrated experience with manual-send workflows (not just full automations) • Ability to design scalable, modular, and auditable logic (no spaghetti automation) • Comfort working inside FDD-compliant environments (no direct outreach logic) • A “clean build” mindset — we’ve already wasted too much time in looped setups ⸻ What We’ll Provide: • The full documented system architecture (see attached spec) • Active Make.com and Monday.com accounts • All email templates prewritten and stored • Data Store structure and sample entries ⸻ Timeline: We’d like to see the system tested and validated within 5 business days of kickoff.
