M&A Technical Project Manager (Quote to Cash) (3 to 4 Months Project) Remote

About the Team:
? Software is a strategic growth area for Client. The Customer Software Entitlement & Delivery (CSED) organization plays a pivotal role in enabling this growth via client Software Manager (KSM) a suite of technologies that ensure scalable, consistent, and secure activation & management of purchased software across the entire Client portfolio. This includes supporting inorganic growth in the form of strategic Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).

About the Role:
? We are looking for an experienced Project Management professional to join our M&A team in support of multiple simultaneous business process & IT system integrations.
? The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading complex cross-functional initiatives and a mature toolkit of methodologies, frameworks, and best practices to establish structure, coherence, and efficiency within the M&A integration lifecycle.
? This individual will leverage influential leadership to help drive cross-functional alignment, negotiation skills to enable informed but rapid trade-off decisions, and superlative organization skills to keep working groups on-task and on-time.
? Experience leading quote-to-cash, M&A, software entitlement & licensing, or business transformation projects is a major plus.

Key Responsibilities:
M&A project management
? Develop and execute project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, critical path priorities, owners, and timelines
? Provide regular updates to CSED leadership, M&A Steerco’s, and IT PMO
? Identify and escalate risks, issues, dependencies, and potential collisions in a timely manner
? Ensure alignment with cross-functional stakeholders across IT, Finance, Legal, Product, Engineering, and Sales Operations
? Support change management including data migration, business process harmonization, and communications

Technical solution delivery coordination
? Partner with KSM Product Management and R&D to ensure timely and accurate delivery of platform enhancements based on M&A requirements
? Function as testing track lead and liaison across IT PMO, KSM, and relevant R&D teams
? Develop test cases, identify exit criteria, track progress of tasks, and identify and resolve issues with appropriate teams
? Advocate for standardization and simplification while ensuring compliance, excellent customer experience, and scalability
? Foster a culture of continuous improvement by improving project management standards and mechanisms through application of best practices
? Infrequent travel may be required, domestic or international

Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or other quantitative discipline
? 8+ years of experience in technical project or program management within large enterprise environments
? Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies
? General understanding of quote-to-cash lifecycle and/or end-to-end software delivery
? Bias for action and proven success in delivering highly complex projects within aggressive timelines
? Excellent coordination and communication skills, with ability to present effectively to a broad set of technical and business stakeholders
? Demonstrated ability to effectively lead cross-functional and remote project teams

Preferred Qualifications:
? 5+ years of experience leading M&A or IT system integrations
? PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications
? Deep familiarity with quote-to-cash lifecycle and/or end-to-end software delivery, including the systems involved (e.g. ERP, CRM, CPQ, etc.)
? Hands-on experience with software entitlement, licensing, and delivery platforms
? Experience operating within international organizations and multi-cultural environments

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
