? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications:
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Strong problem-solving abilities
? Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
? Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus
? Proficiency in typing and computer skills

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support preferred
