Live Chat Representative Remote | Full-Time | WDGConsulting $18-$22 per hour | Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO About the Role WDGConsulting is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Live Chat Representative to join our dynamic team. You'll be the first line of support for clients reaching out through our live chat platform, helping to provide fast, friendly, and accurate service. What You'll Do • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner • Provide accurate information about WDGConsulting's products and services • Resolve basic issues and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate teams • Document interactions and follow internal support procedures • Maintain a deep understanding of our services to guide clients effectively • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve client experience • Support updating knowledge base and FAQ materials as needed What We're Looking For • 1+ years in customer service or support (live chat preferred) • Strong written communication and problem-solving skills • Comfortable using platforms like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk • Ability to type 45+ WPM accurately • High school diploma or GED (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred) • Self-motivated, tech-savvy, and thrives in a remote work environment Location This is a remote position.
