Our agents help families secure life insurance, health insurance, and Medicare coverage while building long-term renewal income. First-year agents typically earn $50,000 to $200,000+, with top producers earning significantly more through leadership and agency growth. We provide exclusive leads, hands-on training, and ongoing mentorship to help agents succeed. This is a commission-based sales role that involves meeting with clients over Zoom or phone call. Our agents receive exclusive leads that are not sold outside the agency. Hands-On Training New agents receive field training and mentorship to help them succeed quickly. Flexible Schedule You control your schedule while maintaining a full-time work commitment. We also hire agents transitioning from another job. Coaching & Support Our leadership team provides ongoing support and real-time help during the sales process.
