Job Summary
We’re hiring licensed and associate-level therapists for our growing telehealth team. This is a fully remote position providing group therapy and individual counseling sessions. Ideal candidates are passionate about helping clients heal, grow, and live balanced lives.
Responsibilities
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via secure telehealth
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with clinical supervisors and team members
• Utilize evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or trauma-informed approaches
• Participate in weekly clinical meetings and case consultations
Schedule
• Flexible remote hours
• Morning and evening availability preferred (Monday–Friday)
• Consistent caseload opportunities
Qualifications
Licensed Therapist (Contract):
• Active license in your state (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD, or equivalent)
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Experience with telehealth platforms preferred
Associate Therapist (Contract):
• Registered AMFT, ASW, or APCC with active status
• Supervision available
Clinical Supervisor (Full-Time):
• Licensed to supervise associates (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD)
• Prior experience managing or supervising therapists preferred
