Manage aspects of the customer event (i.e. instruction, application implementation, environment, setup etc.) to ensure success. Map out training plans for customer by role Deliver the Oracle Health Patient Accounting learning management/training events and committed to superior customer service. Review methods, processes, training materials and/or project implementation plans. Identify weak areas and suggest methods for improvement. Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding instructional design. Market available training to customers and provide necessary information about sessions Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed Use known education principles and stay up to date on new training methods and techniques Customize, prepare and deliver educational aids and materials Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs Gather feedback from trainees after each educational session Education / Experience Required: BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 3-5 or more years of related experience recommended. Preferred experience with Revenue Cycle. Travel 50% About the team: The Center for Excellence migration work is critical to the success of Oracle Health Patient Accounting deployment to the market; the CoE team will be deploying the Oracle Health Patient accounting software to our customer base to ensure value of platform is achieved.
