This is a remote position. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Sydney Time with 1 hour unpaid break. Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Outreach Navigate Melbourne council portals to identify new project leads and potential architect partners Execute email outreach using templates and SOPs , while crafting personalized responses for unique situations Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in Google Spreadsheets and Go High Level CRM Client Communication Communicate professionally and promptly with architects, stakeholders, and council contacts Use strong written English to adapt messaging beyond templates when necessary Proactively handle follow-ups and lead nurturing Admin & Social Media Support Manage and update the company’s Instagram account Support additional administrative tasks as assigned Ensure file organization, inbox zero practices, and process compliance Progress Reporting & Process Improvement Provide daily/weekly updates on outreach, responses, and new opportunities Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to existing workflows and tools Contribute to systematizing lead conversion strategies Requirements Excellent written English and communication style suited to professional B2B environments Experience in client service , virtual assistance , or lead management Familiarity with CRM platforms and Google Workspace Ability to work independently , take initiative, and manage time well Deep attention to detail and consistent follow-through Understanding of Australian construction industry culture Experience managing Instagram accounts for a business Background in working with architects, builders, or council processes Knowledge of Canva or social content tools (Later, Buffer) Independent Contractor Perks HMO Coverage in eligible locations Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job ZR_24913_JOB Originally posted on Himalayas
