Requirement: live and work in San Francisco office Launch Operations Specialist Location: San Francisco Welcome to the Launch Team — when a home signs, we’re the squad that gets it bookable yesterday . This isn’t just onboarding — it’s ignition. What You’ll Do You're the mission control for getting homes live on-site — fast. No day looks the same. The clock is not our friend — when a home signs, it’s go-time. You’ll be: Syncing with property management software (PMS) integrations (think: Hostfully, Streamline, Track, Escapia, etc.) Importing existing reservations and checking data integrity Coordinating across departments (engineering, ops, revenue, design) Setting up listing content (descriptions, pricing, images) and going live — quickly and cleanly Sometimes it’s straightforward. 99% of the time, it’s not. You’ll troubleshoot tech issues, dig through data mismatches, and get things done anyway . You need to be the kind of person who doesn’t flinch when stuff gets messy — you get curious . Is this you?
