Kitchen/ Cashier Helper

Kitchen Helper ? Serves accurate portions in a consistent and courteous manner on the serving line. ? Assists with food preparation prior to the serving time. ? Performs all aspects of clean up, including the serving line, dishwasher and pot sink and other work areas as assigned. ? Follows local, state and federal guidelines for food production, handling and sanitation. ? Follows local, state and federal guidelines for safety standards and procedures. ? Assists in the kitchen, where needed. ? Regular and timely attendance. ? Perform other duties as assigned. Cashier Helper: ? Performs cashier duties including operation of the Point of Sale terminal. ? Balances cash register, reconciles cash and checks and prepares daily bank deposits. ? Prepares daily, weekly and monthly reports following local, state and federal guidelines. ? Assists with food preparation and/or setup prior to opening. ? Assists in the kitchen, where needed. ? Assists with training of new or substitute cashiers. ? Regular and timely attendance. ? Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Kitchen Supervisor or Food Service Director.
